DMCA / Copyright & Contact

QuickSave is a free browser tool that fetches a publicly available video or audio file from the site where it is hosted, at the moment a user asks for it. QuickSave does not host, store, index or distribute any media files: nothing is uploaded to or kept on our servers, and every download is a one-time fetch of a file that remains hosted by its original platform. We respect creators' rights, we tell users on every page to only download content they own or have permission to save, and we respond promptly to valid copyright complaints. If you are a rights holder — or act for one — this page explains exactly how to reach us and what happens next.

How to send a takedown notice

1. Check the source first

QuickSave keeps no copy of any file, so removing content here cannot remove it from the internet. If you want the material itself gone, complain to the platform that hosts it (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo) — their links are where every QuickSave download starts.

2. Email your notice

Send the information listed in the next section to playscapecentral@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA takedown". That inbox is monitored specifically for rights-holder mail.

3. We acknowledge within 2 business days

You will get a reply confirming we received your notice and whether anything is missing from it.

4. We act within 5 business days

For a valid notice we block the complained-of material from being fetched through QuickSave and confirm to you in writing what was done.

What your notice must contain

So we can act quickly and without guesswork, a takedown notice needs all of the following:

The work

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed — title, creator, and a link to the authorised version where possible.

The material

The exact material complained of: the source URL(s) that can be pasted into QuickSave, so we can identify precisely what to block.

Your contact details

Your full name, the organisation you represent (if any), and an email address we can reply to.

Good-faith statement

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Authority statement

A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.

Signature

Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name at the end of the email is accepted).

Incomplete notices are still answered: we will tell you what is missing rather than ignore the complaint. If you believe material was blocked in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same inbox explaining why, and we will review it in the same timeframes.

Other contact

For everything else — a broken download, a bug on this site, a partnership question, or feedback — email playscapecentral@gmail.com. Please do not send download requests by email; the tools on this site are the way to use QuickSave. Only download content you own or have permission to save, and respect each platform's terms and creators' rights.
